We are a private grant-making foundation dedicated to providing financial support to the benefit of all who share our world. KAAB Memorial Foundation awards the majority of its grants to 501c3 and other non-profit organizations within the U.S. as well as abroad.
Founded in loving memory
Our sister, Kim was “our rock” – beloved daughter, wife, mother, aunt, cousin, friend and co-worker. Without fanfare, she went about her life caring and doing for her family and friends, and generously giving to others in need. Kim gave selflessly and quietly, and touched the lives of so many.
Kim left this world much too soon. From our heartbreak, came the desire to give, as Kim did. In name, we honor her memory, and through quiet, heartfelt giving, we are guided by Kim’s example to gently make an impact on this world.
Our mission
The KAAB Memorial Foundation seeks to serve as philanthropic partner of nonprofits to improve the lives of individuals and families, safeguard children and animals, to aid and support those who serve and protect us, and help conserve the natural resources of our world.

OUR GRANT-MAKING APPROACH
The KAAB Memorial Foundation respectfully does not accept unsolicited letters of inquiry or proposals. The foundation aligns its grant-making around our mission, vision and values, while assessing the needs of the world around us. We believe the most effective way for our foundation to utilize its resources and maintain its focus, is by initiating contact with potential grantees that meet our philanthropic criteria.
